Grandview Project Highlights

Grandview is a well established and highly regarded wedding and events venue with a strong existing reputation. The goal of the website redesign was modernizing the digital experience while preserving the character that makes the venue distinctive.

A key challenge was translating an in-person experience that is defined by atmosphere, setting and detail into a website that could communicate that same sense of quality and elegance. We approached this by prioritizing visual storytelling, using the venue’s location and imagery to anchor the experience, while introducing a more contemporary layout to improve clarity and usability across devices.

The structure of the site was designed to support a primary conversion goal: encouraging prospective clients to book a tour. We integrated this call to action throughout the user journey, ensuring it appears at natural decision points without disrupting the browsing experience. Supporting content was streamlined to help users quickly understand the types of events hosted, what to expect from the venue, and how to take the next step.

The result is a fully responsive Squarespace website that balances timeless branding with modern usability. This has allowed Grandview to maintain its established identity while improving engagement and conversion through a clearer, more intentional user experience.
