Pet Buzz Project Highlights
PetBuzz approached us to develop a website to support the launch of a new Canadian pet treat line targeted at dog and cat owners. A key requirement was that they site needed to serve both consumers discovering the product and seeking purchase channels, as well as retailers looking to carry the products.
We structured the experience to clearly separate these journeys without fragmenting the brand. The public-facing side introduces the product and its benefits in a playful, highly visual format, while a gated member area provides retailers with direct access to wholesale ordering.
Because the product launched into a bilingual market, we designed the site to support seamless language switching without duplicating user flows. The result is a streamlined e-commerce experience that balances brand personality with clear conversion paths for two distinct audiences.
