Pacific Rim Tonewoods combine artistry and science to product outstanding tonewood products which are loved by luthiers around the world. Our challenge was to effectively communicate this dual approach, demonstrating the outstanding quality, beauty and craftsmanship as well as the analytically measured properties. With an earthy design reflecting the company locale in the Pacific Northwest and rich imagery evoking performance and tradition, we create an e-commerce website on Shopify that offers a range of guitar-related products and uses storytelling, social proof and science to introduce a new, better approach to tonewood selection. With robust resources, educational and project timeline sections, the site provides ample opportunity for engagement, encouraging repeat customers.
